2. The “Reasonable Person” Standard (Conduct)
By enrolling, the student agrees to adhere to the “Reasonable Person” standard in all interactions with facility staff and within the course community.
- Zero Tolerance for Threats: Any use of the scripts or tools provided to harass, threaten, or abuse GDC staff or third-party vendors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
- Integrity of Information: The student agrees to provide factual information when using the Strategic Medical Log or Emergency Scripts.
3. Privacy & Security
- Inmate Privacy: Students are responsible for the security of their own Strategic Command Center binder.
- Digital Safety: The school is not responsible for any disciplinary actions taken by the GDC resulting from a student’s failure to follow facility rules regarding JPay, Securus, or phone usage.
4. Intellectual Property
The Master Manual, including all templates, scripts, and trackers, is the intellectual property of the Strategic Survival School. These materials are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed for profit without express written consent.
