PRISON SURVIVAL SCHOOL: REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. The “Digital Asset” Rule
Because the Master Manual and GDC Tactical Units are delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately, we generally do not offer full refunds once the course has been accessed. This is to protect the specialized legal and tactical research provided in the curriculum.
2. 24-Hour “Change of Heart” Window
We understand that incarceration is a chaotic time. If you purchase the course but do not log in or download any materials, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once a lesson is marked “Complete” or the Master Manual is downloaded, the sale is final.
3. Technical Exceptions
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the school, our support team will work with you for 48 hours to resolve the issue. If we cannot provide you access to the materials you paid for due to a system failure on our end, a full refund will be issued.
4. No Refunds for “System Outcomes”
The Prison Survival School provides the tools for advocacy. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes regarding GDC housing, parole dates, or legal rulings. As such, a refund cannot be requested based on the GDC’s refusal to follow the strategies provided.
